At Deco Bags, we ensure every bag is carefully made and packed. We do not offer refunds, but if your product arrives damaged during transit, we will replace it.

To request a replacement, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage. The product must be unused and in its original condition.

We will process the replacement as quickly as possible and keep you updated throughout.
